Comments: The prayer chain is a vital and important part of our ministry here at First United Methodist Church, not only to those who request prayer but also to those who are on the prayer chain itself. The prayer chain is also an example of the care and concern the members of the FUMC, Amory give to their fellow church members, their families, and friends. Through this ministry, many lives are touched. As believers in Jesus Christ, we know that the sick can be healed, the hurt can be made well, and those needing comfort can be lifted up.
